1.   What is CBD and is it legal in the United States?

• CBD, or cannibidoil, is 1 of 113 active cannibinoids founds in a cannabis sativa plant.  Cannibinoil has been found to relieve pain, reduce anxiety and improve sleep.
• CBD derived from hemp plants is legal in the United States with the plant testing at levels that are less than .3% THC.  All of the products sold by Carolina Hemp Reserve follow this regulation and are tested underneath the NC Hemp Pilot Program.

2.  What is Delta-8 THC and is it legal in the United States?

• Like CBD, Delta-8 THC is 1 of 113 active cannibinoids found in a cannibis sativa (hemp) plant. It can help with anxiety, nausea, pain relief, without the undesirable psychoactive components.
• Under the 2018 Farm Bill, all cannibinoids and isomers from hemp are legal when the plant has less than 0.3% delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol.

3.   Do you need a license to grow hemp in North Carolina? 

• Yes, all hemp growers in the state of North Carolina are required to have a licensed regulated by the North Carolina Hemp Pilot Program and associated state licensing terms.

4.   Are cannibidoil derived products regulated by the FDA?

• The products sold by Carolina Hemp Reserve LLC have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). They are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease. We are not staffed by doctors; we cannot recommend products to "cure" anything in question. Please talk to your medical professional before starting any new supplements.

5.   Is there an age requirement to purchase?

• Customers must be 21 years or older to purchase.

6.   Is it okay to give CBD treats/oil to my pet?

• Yes! Please ensure that you have your pet on a daily routine with CBD treats in order for your pet to feel the anti-inflammatory and stress relieving properties of the treats.
• For more concentrated doses, we recommend the oil tinctures to help with increasing strengths.
